Bay Painting, Inc. (“Bay Painting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates baypaintinginc.com. We are a commercial painting contractor in San Jose, California, and this website exists to describe our work and let you request an estimate. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run this site as an advertising business.

Information You Give Us

When you submit our quote or contact form, we collect the details you enter:

• Your phone number (optional)
• The project address or job site (optional)
• The service you are interested in (optional)
• Anything you write in the message field

Along with your submission, our form records which page you were on and which site referred you, so we know where the request came from. Please do not send sensitive information — payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information — through this form.

If you call or email us directly using the phone number or address on this site, we keep that correspondence in the ordinary course of business.

• BaaDigi — our marketing partner, whose system stores incoming leads so we can follow up and so nothing gets lost.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep quote requests and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to satisfy our contract, warranty, tax, licensing, and insurance obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the provider that collects it. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove what identifies you.

Security

This site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and our forms are protected against automated abuse. We limit access to submitted information to the people who need it to do their jobs. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and property owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
